Ingredients1 roll of puff pastry squared100 gr ricotta cheese2 teaspoon pesto ( or more if you like)1 tablespoon parmesan cheesePreparazionePreheat the oven 200° C.In a bowl mix together ricotta cheese, pesto and parmesan cheese.Place the dough on a surface and devide it into two equalsized rectangolesand then into strips 2 cm wide.Place in the middle of each stripe a little quantiti of ricotta and pesto cream.Close each stripe and roll them up into twists.Place them well distant, on a baking sheet covered with oven paper    Place them well distant, on a baking sheet covered with oven paper.Bake for 1214 minutes or until golden brown.Let cool and serve.[…][...]
